Michael Greco is the founder and President of FUSE3.  Dubbed “The Computer Whisperer” by his colleagues, Michael has developed FUSE3 into a cyborg army that routinely solves the unsolvable.  Ruthlessly efficient, everyone knows that when they hear his infamous catchphrase “Jammin” to get out of his way, he’s coming through.  When Michael is not eliminating struggles with the force of a thousand hurricanes, he is chewing on a hay stem, tooling around the ranch on his tractor.  His hobbies include tractors, tractoring, and looking at tractors.

James LoVecchio
Director of Service Delivery

James LoVecchio is the Director of Service Delivery for FUSE3.  His duties as Director of Service Delivery are focused on making every interaction with our clients smooth, pleasant, and effective.  James is constantly working on improving our ability to prevent and eliminate struggles.  This is the cornerstone philosophy that guides how he leads the technical staff at FUSE3.   When not streamlining processes, working with clients, or generally geeking out on the latest technology trends, he enjoys giving his truck mud baths in the beautiful Northern California wilderness, smoking various food items in his Traeger, losing badly while gaming online, and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Director of Operations

Gabriel Fernandez is a distinguished business leader with a proven track record of over 20 years in the tech industry, renowned for his innovative and growth-oriented mindset. As the Director of Operations for FUSE3, Gabriel has spearheaded the company's substantial revenue growth and market expansion. He is highly regarded for his strategic acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and trusted advisory role to CEOs and entrepreneurs. Outside of work, Gabriel cherishes traveling with his family to Disney parks, spending quality time with his beloved Yorkies Chewie and Leia, indulging in his passion for Star Wars, and exploring diverse cuisines as a foodie.
