What is it like to work at FUse3?
You'll know our clients by name within a month. We operate locally and pride ourselves on being different than the national MSPs. We do this by offering a level of service that comes through knowing our clients and personalizing based on their needs. Some team members are onsite at our Fair Oaks office and some are hybrid, and where a person lands has more to do with what the work needs than with a policy. Because we're still growing, people move up here without waiting for someone to leave.
Evenings and weekends stay with us. Nobody's night gets handed off to an outside call center, so the person answering at nine has already worked in that network. But on-call rotates through the team instead of routinely falling on the same person. Compensation covers medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k including a match program.
