FUSE3 has been based in Fair Oaks since 1997, working with construction firms, nonprofits, and professional services businesses across Northern California. We're not a franchise or a call center. We're a local team that knows the businesses we work with by name.
How we got here
FUSE3 started as a small IT shop solving problems one server at a time. Almost thirty years later, the tools have changed completely: cloud infrastructure, automation, AI. What hasn't changed is the model. We still show up as a team, not a ticket queue, and we still build technology around the business in front of us instead of a template.
That's meant sticking with clients through growth, through leadership changes, through the kind of technology shifts that would have broken a less stable partner. Nearly three decades of that has taught us more about how construction firms, nonprofits, and professional services businesses actually operate than any playbook could.
