Justin Dizon is a Network Technician at FUSE3. As a member of the FUSE3 tech support team, he works on client projects and deployments, handling escalations and proactive tickets. One of his favorite parts of the job is getting to know the person on the other side of the phone.

Justin started his IT career as a Student System Analyst at the California Board of Equalization. Over the years, he has learned many valuable lessons that have helped improve his mastery. One has stood out the most and has shaped his work ethic.
“Take your time and make sure the problem is solved correctly the first time,” Justin reminisces. These are not only great words to live by, but they also represent how FUSE3 operates and what sets us apart from others in our industry.

Justin’s personal motto is a quote by Robert Kiyosaki, reading “Academic qualifications are important and so is financial education. They’re both important and schools are forgetting one of them.”
When asked if he could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, he responded, “There are too many!” At the top of the list, he would love to meet Gary Vaynerchuk, Mark Manson, Jordan Belfort, Dave Ramsey, Robert Kiyosaki, and Napoleon Hill.
Justin shares that the three words that best describe him are adventurous, intentional, and thorough. On the adventurous side, he enjoys driving off-road. He also loves to read which feeds his intentional and thorough sides.
What is one thing Justin can’t live without? He can’t live without his dog. She often goes on off-road adventures with him and to destinations like 39.826434, -123.848325 which is his favorite place in the world. Leave it to an IT professional to give coordinates instead of a location name!
If given the opportunity, he would choose being able to see into the future as his superpower. In a way, he does this already by anticipating potential issues and threats to our clients systems and preventing them from ever happening.
