Our team at FUSE3 has found most of the construction companies we work with reach the same point. The work keeps coming and the crews keep growing, but the systems that got them here start slowing everything down. The office and the field are working from different versions of the same job, and key decisions still run through one or two people.
We’ve supported Northern California businesses since 1997, and construction has become one of the industries we know best. For Built to Scale, we’re bringing that experience into one room alongside local leaders who have grown AEC companies themselves.

In Built to Last: Putting Guardrails Around AI in Construction, James shows construction leaders how to put AI to work across their teams while keeping control of their data, drawing on more than 14 years in the AEC industry. James is a CISSP on the FUSE3 leadership team and leads the firm’s cybersecurity practice. He brings 28 years of experience across IT and business operations and treats cybersecurity as a business decision that belongs at the leadership table.
Craig Hettrich

In Elevate Your Leadership: How to Build Capability and Bench Strength in Your Teams, Craig leads a workshop-style session on closing the gap between leadership and the field, drawing on his work with local AEC businesses. Craig is the Co-Founder of The Hettrich Group and a Business Architect who helps CEOs design and build great organizations. He’s a Certified EOS Implementer, leads the ArcUp Leadership System, and runs CEO and Function-Specific Peer Groups as a Business Partner of REF Global.
